Good Evening Everyone! 

Well, we are just 3 Days Away! 

It has certainly been a very busy last two weeks. 

We just had the Senior Staff meeting last week, there were 2 orientation sessions this past Friday and Sunday and Yesterday we had the Mile Captains meeting! 

I am currently finishing up assignments - the Mile Captains will be getting the Mile Rosters this evening and will be reaching out tomorrow. 

I am also finishing up the assignment list and will be getting that information out to all the Mile Captains very soon, as well as all the Senior Staff positions.

Hope this finds you all well.

Wanted to share some updates! 

Registration closed about 3 weeks ago, and the final parts of planning are underway. Before we know it November 6th will be here! I know many of you have reached out to check-in, so I thought I would drop in here and give you all an update! 

Currently, the following things are happening:

• Working on Credentialing all volunteers
• Finalizing Assignments for all volunteers throughout the entire event
• Sending Mile Captains their list of operators for their specific Mile location
• Sending out all other assignments not Course Specific (i.e. Start, Finish, NCS, Shadows etc...)
• Finalizing Frequency List for 2022
• Finalizing the 2022 HAM Radio Operator's Manual
• Sent out Training Dates for all New Volunteers for 2022
• Sent out invites for the Senior Staff and Mile Captains meeting (see note below) 

Additionally, this year's Senior Staff and Mile Captains meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 6pm. This year we are back to being in-person. All Senior Staff and Mile Captains have been sent the meeting info and invite to RSVP. If you have not gotten this email from me, please reach out and let me know. (note: this meeting mentioned is for Senior Staff and Mile Captains only) 

Remember to also keep an out on the "Documentation" Tab above - I will be posting certain documents up there as they become available. Keep checking back periodically.

I am working expeditiously to get all the necessary information and documentation out to you all as quickly as I can. Please be patient as there are many moving parts. I know everyone is very excited to be a part of this great event and doing what we all love!
